Updates from CIM - International Metrology Congress
We are please to share that the INFOTherm project was presented at this year’s CIM - International Metrology Congress in Lyon, highlighting its contributions to fibre-optic thermometry for e.g. the energy sector and industrial applications.
Dr. Stephan Krenek (PTB), the coordinator of the project, showcased the advantages of fibre-optic thermometry in bringing enhanced reliability to critical industrial processes. Dr. Henrik Kjeldsen (DTI) introduced one of the test/calibration facilities being developed within the project to test fibre-optic temperature sensors.
The congress, with its strong focus on industrial applications, provided an excellent platform for engaging with stakeholders from both industry and metrology.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussions!
